Such achievement is supported with 12 years of experience in banking sector as Vice President in a National private Bank. He is married and currently has 2 (two) children.
Currently, he serves as the Company‘s President Director since 2016 pursuant to Deed no.5 dated November 8, 2016, approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights number AHU-AH.01.03-0102703 dated November 28, 2016, prepared before Notary Kumala Tjahjani Widodo, SH, MH, Mkn. for the period ending on the closing of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders in the 2017 fiscal year. Previously, he served as Manager of Corporate Finance at PT Multicolor Securities (1990-1994), Director of Corporate Finance at PT Miltidana Sekurindo (1994-1996), President Director at PT BCA Securities (d/h. PT Dinamika Usahajaya) (1996-2002) and Senior VP at PT Erdhika Elit Sekuritas (2013-2014). Currently, he also serves as President Commissioner at PT Media Komunikasi Nusantara Korporindo Tbk. and PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk. Indonesian Citizen, 55 years old. Born in Jakarta on July 1, 1964. He graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Economy from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta in 1989 and Master of Management (MM) from Atma Jaya University, Jakarta in 2001. His career in finance sector started since serving as Senior Internal Audit at PT Indocement Tunggal Perkasa in 1990 to 1992, then as Finance and Accounting Manager at PT Amcol Plastic Moulding Industry in 1992 to 1993. He joined Trisula Group in 1993 at PT Southern Cross Textile Industry up to 2019 with the last position as Director.
He served as Director at Trisula Group companies. He is responsible for the Company‘s administration and finance sector. He was appointed as the Company’s Director pursuant to Deed No. 02 dated August 1, 2019, approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number AHU-0057985.AH.01.02.Tahun 2019 dated August 26, 2019, prepared before Notary Kumala Tjahjani Widodo, SH, MH, MKn for the period ending on the closing of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2020 fiscal year.

Indonesian citizen, 52 years old. Born in Jakarta on December 20, 1964. He graduated from Pasadena City College, California, USA and California State University Long Beach, USA. Currently, he serves as the Company’s Director and is responsible for international marketing sector. His experience in garment sector started from PT Pestaka Perkasa Perkasa Garment Industry (1988-1991), The Littlewoods Org. Plc (1991-1999), Concord Group as Marketing and Merchandising Manager for 3 manufacturers (2000-2001) Westward Worldwide Ltd. (2001-2004), and Busana Apparel Group (2004-2006). From 2017, he joined Trisula Group as General Sales Manager at Trans International Ltd. (2007-2012), then as Marketing Director at PT Trisula Garmindo Manufacturing since 2012 until now.

Mr. Harianto has been Audit Committee Member of PT Trisula International, Tbk. since June 21, 2018. He is also Independent Commissioner of PT Sequis Asset Management since November 1, 2015. Mr. Harianto has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of private equity investment, finance, accounting, banking, internal and external audits. He is Director of Indojambi Group, a coal trading, mining and logistic group since 2010. Before joining Indojambi Group, He was Vice President Finance to PT Ilthabi Bara Utama, a coal mining company. Previously, he spent 10 years working for Batavia Investment Management Ltd. as Senior Investment Advisor focusing on private equity projects in Indonesia. He started his career as external auditor with Drs. Hans Kartikahadi & Co., the local partner of Deloitte, Touche and Tohmatsu.
